Steven W. Arrington, J.D.

Steven W. Arrington is a graduate of University of North Carolina-Central School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Guilford College. He practices in the areas of Elder Law, Guardianship, Estate Planning and Probate. Mr. Arrington has spoken at seminars, conferences and workshops on the needs of the elderly, particularly in the area of Elder Law, including North Carolina Medicaid eligibility and the importance of powers of attorney, wills, trusts, joint property, living wills, and dealing with guardianship.

Steve began his legal career with Dennis even before Steve went to law school. As legal assistant with Dennis for several years, Steve became interested in elder law and chose a law school. After graduation, Steve accepted an offer from Dennis to work as an attorney at The Elderlaw Firm.

Steve is a native of Durham and has lived in Greensboro since college. He and his wife, Jen, enjoy family activities with their son Asa. Steve is an avid fisherman when he can find the time.
