Kelly Groft

Client Care Coordinator

Kelly Groft joins our team supporting our Life Care Plan Services path as our Client Care Coordinator.  She assists families navigate the oftentimes confusing aspects of the long-term care industry, including identifying resources across the state for assisting with care or possible placement in a facility.

Kelly has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. She comes to us with over 25 years of experience working with older adults in various capacities. From her roles as a Social Worker in Skilled Nursing to an Executive Director in Assisted Living and an Advocate in the Area Agency on Aging, her passion and commitment to quality care for older adults can be seen in all that she does.   Kelly also serves on boards of directors for the advocacy groups Friends of Residents and Guilford County Commission on Aging.

When she’s not working, Kelly spends time with her husband and two sassy daughters.  She enjoys reading and putting together Lego sets.
