Care Coordinator
Donna Gilchrist is a caring, steady, and big-hearted professional who has dedicated her life to helping others feel supported, understood, and valued. On December 2, 2025, she started a new chapter as a Care Coordinator at The Elderlaw Firm, where she guides clients and families through important life-planning decisions with patience, kindness, and genuine compassion.
Donna has a special gift for working with individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and long-term or chronic conditions. She knows how to meet people where they are, ease their worries, and create a sense of calm during confusing or stressful moments. Families trust her not just for her expertise, but for her heart.
Her personal journey has also shaped the way she cares for others. After receiving a kidney transplant on December 7, 2024, Donna gained an even deeper appreciation for health, resilience, and the power of empathy. Her experience allows her to connect with people on a real, human level—offering comfort, understanding, and hope.
Warm, grounded, and always willing to go the extra mile, Donna brings integrity and compassion into everything she does. Whether she’s supporting a family through a difficult transition or simply offering a reassuring conversation, she makes a meaningful difference in the lives of everyone she encounters.
