Eileen McGuinness joined The Elderlaw Firm in May of 2023. After four decades of working with people and families affected by dementia and other chronic healthcare concerns, she brings unique experience with her to the practice and its Elder Care Navigation Program. Eileen has experience in all facets of elder care including care in the home, Alzheimer’s day care, Memory Care, and Nursing Home Care. Additionally, Eileen is a certified dementia educator and trainer and has provided training to family caregivers, social workers, nurses, CNAs and others who serve people with dementia. Her compassion and love of older people drives her to provide the right resources to a vulnerable population.
Eileen has three sons and one granddaughter and spends her personal time gardening, reading and drinking Irish tea.
